When you are ready with your choice, please, go to the Book Now button and fill-in the online request form or contact us by email. The more information you give to us, the easier will be to customize the tour or service, according to your preferences.
Once you have filled in the form, submit it and we will answer you as soon as possible, usually not later than a few hours.
You will receive an email, confirming the availability of the selected tour and dates. We will also provide to you a tour programme with pricing, which you can then use to book online.
This email includes Travelmate Barcelona’s PayPal details to enable you to pay your deposit and proceed with your reservation.
Once we have confirmed availability with you by email, you will be required to pay a deposit of 40% of the amount of the tour/service. Please, note that tour dates and reservations will not be confirmed without a deposit paid.
Once we have received your deposit we will send you a reservation confirmation by email with your tour/service details confirmed. Your confirmation email will include full details of your booking and the remaining balance of your tour to be paid.
Travelmate Barcelona requires full payment of the tours/services prior to the date of their beginning. Please, note that you must pay the balance of the amount until 24 hours before the trip.
After you have paid in full, you will receive confirmation and voucher with all the details. Please, take the voucher with you on the day of your service and enjoy!
Full refund of the deposit is possible until 7 days prior to the day of the service with us. However, taxes for the transfer may be withheld.
After the 7th day before your trip, a refund of the rest of the amount can be made but the deposit for your service will be no longer refundable.
